UC Davis’ Culinary Training Program at Latitude Restaurant won the Grand Prize Award for Employee Development Program of the Year at the 2024 NACUFS (National Association of College & University Food Services) Awards. I wrote a 1,200-word article for their Winter 2024 issue of Campus Dining Today, a nationally recognized magazine with a print circulation of 2,600 and a digital circulation of 6,000.
